Yeah screw Microsoft for preventing you from doing stupid things like this. Why do you want to disable windows defender anyway?
I have the same build and Windows Defender is working fine. I don’t see any issues. It takes up CPU and disk only when your pc goes idle. This is the expected behaviour. It is automatic for your own safety. Disabling it is still stupid.
