Can clouds be formed in a dry atmosphere, and if so, how?

My physical science teacher asked us two questions to respond to and explain in further detail.

1) How clouds are formed in a dry, hot atmosphere? For example, a 90 degrees day in Chicago.

2) What type of clouds are formed in this type of condition?

I am having trouble researching and understanding such information. I would appreciate any help given. Thank you in advance!
