Reply To: Cannot uninstall or update Telegram App on Windows 10 Mobile

I just reproduced the issue. This is clearly a botched update! I suggest you try to uninstall the app from the storage menu then.

• Storage > This Device > Apps & Games.
• Long press Telegram and uninstall.

This worked for me on 920! If you still can’t uninstall it, contact Telegram support (not Windows support!) before you go the hard reset way.
